Participants came from Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa, as well as the United States and South America. Under the theme “Gather as One, Fear No Place,” discussions centered on expanding the product range and strengthening relationships with dealers as markets change.
Segway Powersports cited Multimoto Group, its representative in Spain and Portugal since 2020, as an example of its European distribution partnerships. The company said models such as the AT5 rank among segment leaders in several European markets. It also held a 2026 Dealer Day at Austria’s Red Bull Erzbergrodeo, bringing together dealers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland for product briefings, market discussions and test drives.
The company opened flagship stores in 2026 in several international markets, including Spain, Saudi Arabia and Argentina. It also introduced new visual and store identity systems across European dealers. The design uses Rider Red to distinguish the professional-grade, high-performance range from Segway commuter and mass-market products, which use a black identity.
The MY27 lineup unveiled at EICMA is due to reach Europe early in the global rollout, alongside North America, Latin America and markets in Asia and Africa. Orders from European dealers and customers will open in 2027, with deliveries beginning that year through the existing network. Authorized dealers provide sales, maintenance, repairs, genuine parts and warranty services; in France, importer Delta Mics adds after-sales and spare-parts support.
Ethan Zhang, Sales & Marketing President of Segway Powersports, said Europe was central to the company’s global strategy and credited regional progress to collaboration among marketing, sales and service teams. Priorities include tailoring operations to individual markets, improving customer insights, upgrading flagship dealerships and expanding motorsport experiences such as the Villain Cup.
