Eisenhart joins the executive leadership team tasked with bridging the gap between initial equipment installation and long-term facility maintenance. His mandate involves developing consistent best practices across AIR’s various operating companies, focusing on system optimization, modernization, and parts supply. According to Hayden Bland, President of AIR Control Concepts, the move is designed to connect service capabilities more effectively, ensuring reliability and uptime for clients managing complex facilities.
Since starting his career in 1991, Eisenhart has held multiple management roles centered on equipment and controls strategy. He plans to leverage AIR’s existing network of local technical expertise to provide tailored support for both manufacturers and customers. This organizational shift reflects the company’s broader strategy to expand its footprint across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region by standardizing service delivery throughout the entire lifecycle of a building.
