Flex Names Amy Schwetz CFO Ahead of Axiom Spin-Off

Schwetz, who most recently served as CFO of Flowserve and previously held a similar role at Peabody Energy, is scheduled to join Flex on October 5, 2026. Her appointment arrives as the company prepares to finalize the spin-off, a move expected to conclude in the first quarter of 2027. The transition remains subject to regulatory approvals, including the effectiveness of a Form 10 registration statement and endorsement from the Singapore High Court.

Alongside the executive appointment, Flex disclosed the future board compositions for both organizations. New directors George R. Oliver and Mark Eubanks are set to join the Flex board effective September 24, 2026. Upon the completion of the separation, Eubanks will move to the Axiom board, joined by incoming director David Johnson. Brian Yoor is also slated to join the Flex board at that time, rounding out a leadership transition designed to provide both companies with specialized industrial, financial, and operational expertise.
