VisiOmics (PMIF-20RS) brings high-plex tissue analysis to routine laboratory environments. The platform supports detection of over 20 markers per run, with capacity for more than 100 markers through cyclic staining. It integrates FluoXpert Vision software for automated cell segmentation, phenotyping, and spatial analysis. To broaden analytical options, MGI is partnering with the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits to ensure compatibility between VisiOmics output and the MIKAIA digital pathology platform.
The company also debuted the Path-P96 WF, a high-throughput system capable of processing 32 slides per batch, designed for large-scale data generation in drug discovery and spatial biology. For molecular workflows, MGI introduced the PrepLPS library preparation platform and the AIO (All-in-one) system. The latter condenses library preparation, sequencing, and reporting into an 11-hour process requiring minimal manual intervention. These tools leverage Genoria AI to provide machine-vision monitoring and intelligent workflow orchestration, moving beyond basic automation toward self-evolving laboratory operations.
