TrusTrace Debuts AI-Driven Platform to Bridge Supply Chain Data Gaps

As global brands struggle to transform raw supply chain data into actionable compliance, Stockholm-based TrusTrace has launched a new platform designed to automate workflows and provide real-time intelligence. The system aims to help companies meet mounting regulatory pressures without the need to proportionally scale internal compliance teams.

The platform builds upon TrusTrace’s existing infrastructure, which tracks over 120,000 suppliers in more than 80 countries. By utilizing AI for data extraction and validation, the software allows brands to query supply chain information using natural language. This capability surfaces patterns and potential risks across materials and sourcing models in seconds, moving beyond static reporting to dynamic decision-making.

CEO and Co-Founder Shameek Ghosh noted that the core challenge for modern enterprises is the ability to prove compliance through a deep understanding of their supply network. The new architecture centers on three connected pillars: Supplier Compliance, Product Compliance, and the newly introduced Supply Chain Intelligence. An integrated program orchestrator allows teams to automate vendor onboarding, evidence collection, and corrective actions, with new workflows capable of going live in as few as three days.

This release introduces a unified data foundation where supplier information is validated once and applied across multiple use cases. By connecting external regulatory requirements directly to internal sourcing data, the platform seeks to reduce the administrative burden on both brands and their suppliers. Future updates will further expand this integration, incorporating additional regulatory and enterprise intelligence to keep pace with evolving global mandates.
