Beasley Media Group Integrates AI to Overhaul Sales Strategy

Beasley Media Group has launched Futuri’s TopLine Enterprise platform across its entire network of markets, aiming to replace administrative burdens with AI-driven market intelligence. The move marks a strategic shift for the radio and digital media firm to standardize how its sales teams research, pitch, and measure local advertising campaigns.

The platform functions as a suite of AI agents capable of handling prospecting, account research, and meeting preparation, while also drafting outreach communications and campaign reports. By aggregating internal sales data with external market trends, the software allows Beasley representatives to build bespoke strategies for clients across radio, streaming, and digital assets. According to CEO Caroline Beasley, the goal is to shift staff focus away from manual data entry toward building client relationships and developing effective marketing plans.

Kevin LeGrett, chief business officer at Beasley, emphasized that the technology is not merely an add-on but a fundamental restructuring of their sales process. Sellers retain oversight of all AI-generated output, ensuring that research and recommendations are reviewed before reaching advertisers. Following a summer 2026 rollout, the initiative extends a long-standing partnership between Beasley and Futuri, positioning the firm to better monetize its digital audience by providing measurable results to local business partners.
