For the first time since its founding, Splashin' Safari earned the top global ranking from Amusement Today voters. The 40-acre facility, often dubbed the Water Coaster Capital of the World, dominated the competition by sweeping the top three spots for Best Water Park Ride. Mammoth took the #1 position, followed by Wildebeest and Cheetah Chase. This victory marks the sixteenth consecutive year the park’s water coasters have held the premier spot.
On the dry-ride side, the park’s wooden roller coaster, The Voyage, reclaimed the #1 world ranking after a 15-year hiatus. This achievement follows a targeted $2.5 million investment in track restoration over the past five years. Fourth-generation owner Lauren Crosby credited the win to the dedication of the park's maintenance and operations staff. Looking ahead, the park is set to host the 2027 Golden Ticket Awards and will debut the record-breaking Cannonball! Water Roller Coaster next spring.
