Scocos brings two decades of experience to the Pittsburgh-based company, most recently serving as President of Arcadia Products. During his time at Arcadia, he was credited with executing a business turnaround that reduced production backlogs while simultaneously boosting revenue and EBITDA. His background centers on fostering continuous improvement and building organizational culture, skills the leadership team expects will be vital as they integrate operations across their nine manufacturing facilities.
In his new capacity, Scocos will prioritize quality control and delivery performance, alongside advancing the company's broader value creation agenda. CEO David Campos noted that the appointment comes at a pivotal moment for the organization, which currently employs over 600 people and maintains an international network of licensed manufacturers. Scocos stated his intention to focus on strengthening the company’s reputation for innovation and supporting its next phase of growth.
