The meeting resulted in the immediate appointment of Michael Wu as chairman of the board. To mark the transition, shareholders ratified a one-off incentive grant of 23,469,189 Class B ordinary shares to Wu, which vested upon the conclusion of the proceedings. Alongside Wu, the company confirmed a new slate of directors, including Jie Jiao, Vicky Wang, Yi Bao, Noorsurainah Tengah, and Daniel-Philippe Mamadou-Blanco. These new board members bring a mix of independent and internal oversight to the firm.
Beyond personnel changes, the company updated its Post-IPO Share Incentive Plan. The amendment increases the share reserve to 11,000,000 Class A ordinary shares, providing additional capacity for the firm to attract and retain talent. Amber International, which trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker AMBR, continues to focus on its proprietary AI agents, Ambre and MIA, designed for high-stakes financial and marketing workflows.
