Fuchsluger arrives at a pivotal juncture for the firm, which currently supports more than 20 million traders daily. His mandate focuses on extending the company's value chain across the entire investment and trade lifecycle, with a heavy emphasis on integrating cloud computing and artificial intelligence. Currently, over half of the company’s software development pipeline already incorporates AI, a capability Fuchsluger intends to scale to meet the rising demand for resilient market infrastructure.
Before joining the 800-employee company, Fuchsluger held senior leadership positions at LSEG, Wolters Kluwer, SS&C, and Thomson Reuters. His career has taken him through major financial hubs including London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Switzerland, providing him with a broad perspective on global market dynamics. Founder Michael Babushkin cited Fuchsluger’s track record of scaling technology businesses as a primary driver for the appointment. The company plans to launch a global program in 2027 to commemorate its quarter-century milestone and outline its long-term strategic vision.
