Robert Half’s internal survey results significantly outperformed the national average, where only 57% of employees at typical U.S. firms report a similar level of satisfaction.
President and CEO M. Keith Waddell attributed the honor to the daily contributions of the workforce. He emphasized that the recognition validates the company's efforts to foster an environment where staff feel supported and empowered to build long-term careers. This latest accolade follows a string of recent industry distinctions for the parent company and Protiviti, including recognitions as a Fortune Most Admired Company and one of America’s Most Innovative Companies.
