The new retail space, which opened October 1, 2026, occupies the resort’s lobby and offers a curated selection of handbags, leather goods, and accessories. For Zarini, the expansion is more than a commercial milestone; it serves as a deliberate nod to her grandfather, Aldo Gucci, who established a boutique at The St. Regis New York in 1960. While the aesthetic draws on the heritage of the founding family, the brand operates as a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation with a stated mission centered on child protection.
Central to the house’s identity is the Unità hardware found on its products, a symbol representing the brand’s commitment to charitable causes. As part of this expansion, AGCF has launched a partnership with the World Childhood Foundation, pledging 20 percent of proceeds from its signature green "Color of Hope" collection to Childhood USA. Josef Zarini, CEO of the house, noted that the Longboat Key location was selected because the resort aligns with the brand’s focus on service and legacy. The boutique joins the company’s flagship store on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, further scaling the reach of the Purpose-driven label.
