Joseph Alexander, CEO of The Uptown Agency, framed the challenge as a narrative race against time. He noted that bobsled and skeleton athletes dedicate four years of training to runs lasting less than a minute. The agency intends to build a communication program that ensures the public recognizes these competitors long before they reach the start line, maintaining engagement throughout the entire sliding season.
The partnership arrives as the federation prepares for the 2026 USA Push Championships, held October 5–10 in Lake Placid, New York. This event marks the start of the 2026–27 season, serving as a critical proving ground where hundredths of a second dictate the hierarchy of the field. The agency is already integrating creative efforts behind hometown athletes like Plano’s Sam Allred and Olympic medalist Jasmine Jones, alongside a commercial partnership with Polar Seltzer. This collaboration builds on previous work, including the "50 States Strong" campaign launched during the 2026 Winter Olympics, which utilized a voiceover by actor Josh Lucas.
