The group currently manages Volkswagen of Oak Lawn and Volkswagen of Orland Park, alongside the luxury pre-owned network Ultimo Motors, which operates in Northbrook and Westmont. Ghaben noted that the professional guidance provided by the brokerage firm was instrumental in navigating the transaction’s complexities.

Willis highlighted the firm’s focus on selecting a buyer with the financial depth and long-term vision necessary to steward the Genesis brand. This sale follows a period of aggressive activity for the brokerage, which has overseen nearly 450 dealership transitions across North America in the last five years.
