The home furnishing sector is currently navigating a transition from raw property development to a market defined by quality upgrades and housing renewal. Chen Penghan, Sales Head of the fair, emphasized that future growth hinges on addressing gaps in service chains and brand globalization. To meet these demands, the 2027 event will streamline its 21 exhibition halls into three distinct operational sectors: Interior, Exterior, and Matech.
The Interior sector will align with China’s "Good House" initiative, prioritizing senior-friendly living and partial renovation solutions. Meanwhile, the Exterior division is set to incorporate heritage restoration and outdoor building materials, while the Matech sector will act as a bridge for smart-home integration and international CMF solutions. By launching the "CBD World-Connect" initiative, organizers aim to facilitate year-round matchmaking, ensuring that connections between domestic manufacturers and emerging market buyers persist well beyond the July 8-11 event dates.
