Universal Parking Takes Over Management of South Tampa’s Bayshore Gardens

The garage, accessible via South Ysabella Avenue, sits strategically between the Altura Bayshore residential tower and the Barcelona Wine Bar. By deploying touchless entry and exit systems alongside designated accessible spaces, the company aims to streamline traffic flow for both office tenants and local patrons. This contract marks a continued collaboration with property owner Asana Partners, following the firm's broader strategy to manage high-traffic hospitality and commercial sites across the Southeast.

Justin Kinsey, Vice President of Operations for Central Florida, noted that the initiative focuses on simplifying access as South Tampa’s density increases. Universal Parking, which claims a combined 175 years of leadership experience, will oversee daily operations to ensure the facility meets the demands of the high-profile Bayshore Boulevard district.
