Innventure Investors Face October Deadline in Securities Fraud Suit

Investors who purchased Innventure, Inc. securities between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, have until October 27, 2026, to file as lead plaintiffs in a pending class action lawsuit. The litigation targets alleged misrepresentations regarding the company’s business dealings and financial projections.

Innventure Investors Face October Deadline in Securities Fraud Suit

The lawsuit, filed by the Rosen Law Firm, alleges that Innventure misled shareholders by promoting a purported deal between its subsidiary, Accelsius Holdings LLC, and DarkNX. According to the complaint, there was no evidence that DarkNX possessed the capacity to construct or facilitate the large-scale AI data centers promised in the agreement. Plaintiffs claim this oversight led to significantly overstated revenue and cash flow targets for 2026.

Investors who purchased shares during the designated period may seek compensation through a contingency fee arrangement, meaning no out-of-pocket costs for participants. While the case is currently active, no class has been certified yet. Shareholders retain the option to choose their own counsel, remain an absent class member, or move the court to serve as a lead plaintiff to help direct the litigation.
