Honeywell Aerospace Investors Face November Deadline in Securities Suit

Investors who purchased Honeywell Aerospace securities between June 29 and September 1, 2026, have until November 23 to join a pending class action lawsuit. The litigation, filed in the District of Arizona, alleges the company concealed supply chain instability and potential cybersecurity violations involving government contracts.

The complaint, Green v. Honeywell Aerospace, Inc. (No. 26-cv-06779), claims that the company misled shareholders regarding its operational health. According to the filing, Honeywell failed to disclose that a small group of suppliers—facing significant constraints—exerted a disproportionate impact on overall sales and profitability. Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges the company did not inform the market about an ongoing investigation into potential violations of the False Claims Act related to government cybersecurity mandates.

Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, led by former Louisiana Attorney General Charles C. Foti, Jr., is representing the class. Investors seeking to serve as lead plaintiff must submit their requests to the court by the November 23 deadline. Those who do not wish to serve as lead plaintiff may still remain eligible for potential recovery if the case succeeds. Affected parties are encouraged to contact Managing Partner Lewis Kahn to review their legal standing.
