According to the complaint, the firm allegedly failed to disclose that its onboard mission and payload software remained incomplete prior to satellite launches. The filing claims these oversights jeopardized contracts with the Pentagon’s Space Development Agency and that the company secured business through deceptive advertising practices.

Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC, the firm representing the class, asserts that York Space Systems’ public statements regarding its operations lacked a reasonable basis. Shareholders who suffered losses during the identified period are eligible to participate in the recovery effort, regardless of whether they choose to serve as lead plaintiffs. Managing Partner Lewis Kahn is overseeing the intake for the case, which remains active in the Colorado district court.
