Brian and Chris O'Keefe Named 2026 Franchisees of the Year

The O'Keefes entered the BrightStar Care system in 2019, initially acquiring territories in San Francisco and Marin County. Brian, a veteran and former technology CEO, leveraged his background to scale the operation while maintaining the brand's nurse-led care standards. Their rapid expansion across Northern California is matched by their active involvement in the broader franchise network, where they serve on the Franchise Advisory Council’s technology committee to help develop AI-driven tools for other owners.

Beyond their corporate growth, the couple remains deeply embedded in the local fabric of Mill Valley, California. Balancing the demands of managing a multi-unit healthcare business with raising four children, they prioritize coaching youth sports and active volunteerism.
