The newly formed company will operate as a parent organization, maintaining the existing brand portfolios that both businesses have cultivated over decades. According to Managing Director Dusty Standlee, the move is designed to bolster the supply network and drive investment into animal wellness innovations. The company plans to leverage Anderson Hay’s international reach alongside Standlee’s domestic market dominance to create a more robust logistical footprint.
Despite the corporate integration, the firms emphasize that day-to-day operations for clients will remain unchanged. Customers will continue to interface with the same products and personnel they previously relied upon, though now supported by the expanded resources of the unified entity. Managing Director Mark Anderson noted that the merger allows the company to scale its legacy of quality while ensuring long-term stability for growers and partners. This consolidation positions the new group to set higher benchmarks for quality control and distribution within the global agricultural sector.
