Proterra Investment Partners Strengthens Leadership Team

Jennie Park joins the firm from H.I.G. Capital, where she served as a Principal overseeing North American credit strategy fundraising. Her extensive background includes senior roles at Briarcliffe Credit Partners, Vantage Infrastructure, and Apollo Global Management. Managing Partner Rich Gammill noted that Park’s track record in private markets will be instrumental in deepening relationships with the firm’s institutional investor base.

Matt Coad, meanwhile, transitions to the Head of Investor Solutions role to oversee client service, marketing, and communications. Having already played a significant part in the firm’s evolution, Coad will now work alongside Park to integrate capital formation efforts with long-term investor engagement. Proterra currently manages six core verticals ranging from sustainable agriculture to private credit, operating across four global offices with a team of 75 professionals.
