Participants reported that their pain scores dropped from 5.26 to 3.56 on a 10-point scale within hours of taking the product. Beyond the immediate physical relief, the data indicated that the likelihood of pain interfering with daily activities fell from 34% to 22%. Furthermore, the negative impact of pain on mood was halved during the study period, falling from 18% to 9%. Eighty percent of the cohort confirmed the product successfully mitigated their daily pain, while 86% noted that it met or exceeded their personal expectations.
Chris Emerson, founder and CEO of LEVEL, described the results as a shift from merely managing discomfort to reclaiming daily function. The study utilized a 7-day baseline followed by 21 days of product use, employing mixed-effects models to ensure individual consistency. While the findings highlight a reduction in the use of other pain medications during the trial, the company emphasized that these results are observational and do not constitute medical treatment for specific conditions. This project marks the second collaboration between LEVEL and MoreBetter, following a similar real-world evaluation of the company’s sleep-focused tablets.
