The Singapore site covers 25,000 square meters and integrates both the BCM3 dual-function production line and the DP4 drug product facility. The BCM3 line offers flexible batch processing, supporting volumes between 200 L and 2,000 L for antibody intermediates and up to 2,000 L for conjugated drug substances. Designed to meet FDA, EMA, and NMPA standards, the facility will function as a key node in a network that includes existing production sites in Wuxi, Shanghai, Hefei, and Suzhou.
Scaling Commercial Production
The DP4 facility adds significant sterile manufacturing capacity, featuring two 30 m² and one 10 m² lyophilizers capable of producing 8 million vials annually. The filling line integrates sterile isolators and automated vision systems to maintain high-speed, precision output. According to CEO Dr. Jimmy Li, the Singapore expansion enhances supply chain resilience by providing a global footprint that complements the company's Chinese operations. Looking ahead, the firm anticipates further growth with the BCM4 facility, which is slated for GMP release by the end of 2026, adding a maximum single-batch capacity of 500 L for conjugated drug substances.
