Murphy joined the Neenah, Wisconsin-based firm in 2015, shifting its focus toward data analytics, API integrations, and non-insurance business solutions. Under his leadership, the company expanded its reach to over two million customers across North America and entered the Australian market through the acquisition of Jewellers Loop. Murphy will remain on the board of directors following his departure.

Mike Alexander, who joined the organization the same year as Murphy, has been instrumental in executing the company’s digital pivot. Promoted to President in 2025, Alexander managed the integration of new acquisitions and the rollout of proprietary digital tools like the JM Care Plan. As he prepares to take the helm, his agenda centers on accelerating digital capabilities and deepening the firm's footprint in international markets. Board Chair Robert Reeg noted that the transition aims to maintain the company’s momentum, emphasizing that the strategic priorities established during Murphy’s tenure will remain the foundation for the firm’s next chapter.
