Patterson Homes Reimagines 1970s Lincoln Hills Estate

The project represents a shift in how the builder approaches renovations, applying the discipline of ground-up custom construction to an existing shell. The revamped property now encompasses a 3,446-square-foot main residence and a 2,086-square-foot detached guest house. According to company founder Ryan Patterson, the core objective was to retain the irreplaceable setting while modernizing the infrastructure, including new electrical, plumbing, and Control4 automation systems.

Inside, the residence features wide-plank white oak flooring, quartzite surfaces, and custom cabinetry paired with integrated Miele appliances. The guest house offers additional flexibility, featuring a climate-controlled lower level suitable for a private gym, studio, or vehicle collection. By integrating architecture and interior design into a single process, the firm aims to demonstrate that high-end renovation requires the same level of resolution as new builds. The company currently accepts inquiries for similar estate modernizations across the Paradise Valley and Arcadia markets.
