KidZania Dallas Opens Doors for First Graders and Fall Field Trips

Starting first grade represents a pivotal transition in a child's development, moving toward greater decision-making and self-assurance. To honor this milestone, the indoor city at Stonebriar Centre is offering free admission to first graders between August 10 and September 27, 2026. Inside the facility, children ages 4–14 engage in role-play scenarios that mimic adult professions, from piloting aircraft to performing medical procedures, allowing them to practice financial literacy and collaborative problem-solving in a controlled environment.

Beyond individual family visits, the venue is rolling out structured Fall Field Trip Experiences for elementary schools. These sessions provide four hours of immersive activity, aiming to bridge the gap between classroom theory and practical application. According to Natalia Zane, COO of KidZania USA, the goal is to cultivate habits of responsibility and teamwork that persist long after the visit concludes. To further support local educators, the organization maintains a year-round policy of complimentary teacher admission, reinforcing its commitment to supplementing traditional instruction with interactive, career-focused learning.
