OTB Boots Updates T-KOOL Tactical Line with 2.0 Redesign

The 2.0 model introduces a reinforced outsole, specifically targeting durability during fast-rope operations. Engineers added a fast-rope guard alongside reverse herringbone lugs, a combination intended to maintain traction and flexibility across varied terrain. Underfoot, the boot now features over an inch of Future Foam EVA cushioning, designed to mitigate fatigue during extended wear, paired with a full-length stability plate for load-bearing support.

"The T-KOOL has always occupied a unique place in our lineup because it challenges what people expect from tactical footwear," said Dan Ellis, founder of OTB Boots. Beyond internal upgrades, the exterior retains its understated silhouette, utilizing waterproof suede and climbing-grade rubber on the toe and heel. The boot is currently available in mid-height configurations in both brown and black suede through the company's direct online storefront.
