Shareholders seeking to receive dividends in the form of company shares must submit their election by August 13. For those opting for equity, the reference price is set at 13.56 U.S. dollars, establishing a conversion ratio of one new share for every 113 dividend rights held. This price reflects the volume-weighted average of non-voting shares traded on Euronext Amsterdam between July 31 and August 6.
Investors who prefer to receive their cash payment in Sterling must also register their currency election by the August 13 deadline. Absent any specific instructions, the firm will distribute the dividend in U.S. dollars. Tetragon, a Guernsey-based closed-ended investment company, manages its non-voting shares across Euronext Amsterdam and the London Stock Exchange's Specialist Fund Segment.
