Operating profit for the period reached KRW 253.2 billion, reflecting a 4.3% year-over-year rise. Chief Financial Officer Soontae Kim attributed the momentum to steady sales volume and a strategic diversification of product portfolios. For the first half of the year, cumulative revenue climbed 13.9% to KRW 2,771.9 billion, with operating profit totaling KRW 504.1 billion.
Domestic revenue grew by 7.7% to KRW 786.8 billion, driven largely by the BEREX sleep and wellness brand. The successful rollout of the BEREX R Series Stretching Motion Bed and M Series Massage Bed, alongside new rental categories like home medical devices and food waste disposers, helped push net rental account additions to 242,000—a 51.6% increase. Meanwhile, overseas subsidiaries saw a 24.2% revenue surge to KRW 587.5 billion. Malaysia remained the top international performer with KRW 434.5 billion in revenue, while Thailand recorded the fastest growth at 53.9% year-over-year.
