The second phase of the TradFi Trade to Earn campaign introduces a dual-track reward system where users earn rebates of 110% on Maker orders and 105% on Taker orders. This structure effectively creates negative fee rates, targeting high-frequency participants looking to optimize trading costs. The current initiative covers assets ranging from major indices like the SPX500 to individual equities including NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Tesla.
Following a successful pilot in July that generated over 63 million USDT in volume, the exchange has scaled the prize pool to 80,000 USD, with daily distributions capped at 8,000 USD in $HTX tokens. Beyond user incentives, the platform has committed all fee revenue generated from these specific pairs to $HTX buybacks. These tokens are slated for inclusion in the exchange's quarterly burn process, a mechanism intended to support long-term token value.
By porting traditional instruments into a crypto-native environment, the platform removes standard market hour constraints, allowing for round-the-clock trading. This move aligns with a broader strategic pivot to integrate global macro assets directly into the exchange ecosystem, with plans to introduce further asset classes and sophisticated trading instruments in upcoming months.
