Pereg arrives at the Tel Aviv-based radar manufacturer following a tenure as SVP Finance at Ibex Medical Analytics. His background includes leadership roles at Nano Dimension, where he managed global finance operations, as well as CFO positions at Aquarius Engines, Become Technological Solutions, and CyberInt Technologies. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

CEO Ram Machness noted that the appointment comes at a critical juncture as Arbe moves beyond development into commercial-scale manufacturing and expands its radar technology into new sectors. Pereg expressed optimism regarding the company's radar platform, citing its potential to translate advanced sensing capabilities into consistent revenue streams across automotive and non-automotive markets.
