Ridgemont Equity Partners Acquires Environmental Services Firm ENTACT

ENTACT has operated for over three decades, establishing a footprint across North America through complex, mission-critical projects. The company manages a portfolio of more than 3,000 completed assignments for clients in the power, chemical, and industrial sectors. By leveraging in-house engineering and self-perform capabilities, the firm has positioned itself as a go-to provider for large-scale environmental challenges.

The partnership with Ridgemont aims to accelerate ENTACT’s growth strategy. Both parties are targeting a combination of organic expansion and potential acquisitions to address increasing market demand for remediation services. This shift is bolstered by rising infrastructure investment and a favorable regulatory environment, which continue to drive private and public sector interest in geotechnical solutions. Financial terms of the acquisition remain confidential.
