Lee’s career is defined by her time at GE Capital, where she spent 20 years navigating complex international markets across Canada, the U.S., and Asia. As President and CEO of GE Capital Canada from 2010 to 2015, she steered the firm through a period of structural transformation, focusing on strategic partnerships and capital growth. Her earlier background includes senior leadership positions in San Francisco, Seoul, and Tokyo, as well as an initial tenure in audit and restructuring at Ernst & Young.
Beyond her executive history, Lee brings extensive governance experience from her board service at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board and Chorus Aviation Inc. A Chartered Professional Accountant and University of Toronto alumna, she was recognized in 2025 with the Horatio Alger Award.
