XGIMI Spin-off MemoMind Opens Orders for AI-Powered Smart Glasses

After successful debuts at CES and MWC, MemoMind has officially opened orders for its debut wearable, the MemoMind One. Incubated by projector giant XGIMI, the hardware integrates multi-LLM processing into a lightweight frame, aiming to transition optical expertise into the competitive AI-assistant market.

The MemoMind One leverages dual-eye display technology and integrated audio to provide real-time translation, navigation, and note-taking. Users can choose from three frame designs—Nomad, Archive, and Gotham—with seven color options and optional prescription lens support. The device is rated for 16 hours of battery life under standard usage, positioning it as a tool for all-day wear rather than a specialized peripheral.

Functionality centers on an on-device assistant that operates without subscription fees, covering tasks like live subtitles and meeting summarization. For power users, the company introduced Memo+, a $19.99 monthly subscription that adds "AI Long Memory" capabilities. This premium service organizes daily activities into journals and tracks intentions extracted from voice conversations. Pricing for the hardware begins at $399 for the Standard Edition, with shipping slated for later this summer following the current Kickstarter campaign.
