Sam Garman, who founded ATS, noted that the cultural alignment regarding safety and service quality made the transition a natural evolution for his team. GreenArrow, which currently operates coast-to-coast, intends to use the acquisition to bolster its portfolio of intelligent transportation systems and fiber optic installations.
