Salvatore Morello Joins Affordable American Insurance as EVP

Morello steps into the role of Executive Vice President of Agency and Carrier Relations following a two-decade tenure in the property and casualty sector. His previous work at Travelers Insurance involved directing sales operations and field enablement across seven regions. At AAI, he will focus on refining partner relationships and steering the firm’s growth trajectory within its network of 50-plus carriers.

AAI President and CEO Chris Fernandez cited Morello’s strategic execution as a key driver for the firm’s ongoing expansion. Founded in 2005, the company provides infrastructure and commission support to independent agencies, aiming to bolster their competitiveness. Morello stated that his immediate priority is fostering long-term profitability for both the agents and the carrier partners within the AAI ecosystem.
