Neolix Executive President Will Zhao framed the expansion as a response to the persistent economic strain on supply chains. By deploying autonomous RoboVans capable of handling both middle-mile and last-mile segments, the company aims to replace unpredictable delivery windows with continuous, data-driven operations. Unlike competitors tethered to high-definition mapping, Neolix utilizes a mapless architecture powered by its proprietary visual-action foundation model, allowing for more agile deployment in new urban environments.
To secure a foothold in Europe, the firm has already obtained German TÜV Rheinland certification and E-MARK compliance. Neolix is currently building out its regional infrastructure through a strategic alliance with Portugal’s Salvador Caetano Group and maintaining active partner networks across nine European countries, including Germany, France, and Belgium. With 170 million kilometers of autonomous driving mileage already logged, the company is shifting its focus from technical feasibility to localized, large-scale commercial integration.
