The company’s research arm has pushed the conversion efficiency of its N-type TOPCon perovskite tandem cell to 34.82%, a benchmark that underscores its current technical trajectory. This focus on core innovation serves as the foundation for its Tiger Neo series, which has evolved into the firm’s flagship product line. The latest iteration, the Tiger Neo 5.0 module, delivers a 700W power output at 25.91% efficiency, keeping the manufacturer on track to reach the 28.7% theoretical efficiency limit of TOPCon crystalline silicon cells within the next five years.
Beyond laboratory breakthroughs, the firm has scaled its production to command a significant share of the global energy market. Total module shipments have now surpassed 400GW, earning the company the top global position seven times. The Tiger Neo series alone accounted for 240GW as of the first quarter of 2026, with management projecting that total shipments for the line will exceed 300GW by the end of the year. This transition from experimental records to mass-market deployment remains the primary driver of the company's influence on the international green energy sector.
