uRecruits 2.0 Launches AI Hiring Platform With Human-In-The-Loop Design

Atlanta-based uRecruits has unveiled its 2.0 platform, integrating seven hiring functions into a single workflow managed by recruiter-controlled AI agents. By keeping decision-making power strictly in human hands, the tool aims to automate administrative bottlenecks without removing the recruiter from the final hiring process.

uRecruits 2.0 Launches AI Hiring Platform With Human-In-The-Loop Design

The updated platform, uRecruits 2.0, consolidates job management, candidate CRM, assessment tools, and analytics into one unified record. At its core is the uR Agent, an AI layer capable of handling scheduling, screening, and workflow coordination through plain-language commands. Despite these capabilities, the system enforces a strict policy: AI suggests steps and provides scores, but it cannot independently advance, reject, or hire candidates. Thomas Alexander, CEO of uRecruits, emphasizes that the architecture is built on the principle that technology should handle busywork while humans retain final authority.

The system replaces fragmented setups—which often rely on disparate spreadsheets and email chains—with a live backbone called uR Position Workflow. This infrastructure supports seven primary capabilities, ranging from automated resume parsing across 30 data points to integrated job marketplace distribution. Security features, including audit logs and role-based access controls, are embedded to ensure compliance. Early adopters, such as RevenueLens.ai, report significant time savings, noting that tasks like job description drafting have been reduced from hours to minutes. Starting at $39 per month, the platform is currently available for teams across sectors including technology and healthcare, with further AI-driven capabilities for CRM and transparency scheduled for release later this year.
