The collaboration integrates Reins’ Modern Agreement for Rewards and Equity (MARE) platform with the coaching and incentive design expertise of ProfitWorks. By merging financial technology with management training, the two companies aim to help owners link employee performance directly to business outcomes, fostering a culture of accountability that prepares companies for eventual transfer.

Reins CEO Chris Buttenham noted that the partnership provides a practical mechanism for owners to reward key staff and build leadership pipelines. Alex Freytag, founder of ProfitWorks and an Expert EOS Implementer, emphasized that the platform allows entrepreneurs to translate high-level management principles into scalable, legally binding equity programs. This joint approach seeks to bolster enterprise value while providing staff with tangible stakes in the company’s success.
