The five-year deal tasks Acuity with maintaining operational readiness for the CBP through a wide array of occupational health requirements. The scope of work includes medical examinations, drug testing, laboratory services, and quality assurance, alongside the administrative infrastructure needed to manage a nationwide provider network.

CEO Tony Corbi stated that the award highlights federal confidence in the firm's ability to scale healthcare solutions for mission-critical personnel. Jeff Shipe, who leads the company’s Global Health Solutions division, emphasized that the contract reinforces their role in sustaining the resilience of the federal workforce. Acuity will provide the necessary management systems, clinical expertise, and facilities to ensure the agency’s staff remains fit for duty in demanding environments.
