Investors File Securities Class Action Against Webull Corporation

The Rosen Law Firm has initiated a class action lawsuit against Webull Corporation on behalf of investors who purchased securities between April 26, 2025, and October 6, 2026. The legal action alleges that the company misled shareholders regarding its operational independence from the People's Republic of China.

Investors File Securities Class Action Against Webull Corporation

The complaint centers on allegations that Webull overstated its autonomy from mainland China. According to the lawsuit, the company claimed its primary business operations were U.S.-based and that domestic customer data remained insulated from foreign access. However, the filing contends that Webull’s software development, core engineering, and data infrastructure were structurally reliant on PRC-based personnel and systems subject to Chinese law.

Investors wishing to serve as lead plaintiff in this litigation must file a motion with the Court no later than December 7, 2026. Participation in the lawsuit does not require out-of-pocket expenses, as the case is handled through a contingency fee arrangement. While a class action has been filed, no class has yet been certified by the court; investors retain the right to select their own counsel or remain absent members of the class.
