The company’s preliminary results for the third quarter reached NT$91.82 billion, a 25.1% jump compared to the same period last year. For the first nine months of 2026, total revenues hit NT$249.55 billion, achieving a 13-year high for that timeframe. These figures underscore a steady climb in market demand, bolstered by a 126.6% year-on-year spike in tablet revenue for September.
Beyond traditional hardware, Acer is successfully shifting its financial profile. Businesses outside of personal computers and displays now account for 34.7% of total group revenue, reflecting a 35.9% year-to-date growth. Specifically, the incubation units are showing significant traction, with Acer ITS Inc. reporting a 48.6% revenue increase and Acer Fashion Inc. posting a 15.1% gain. This diversification strategy appears to be insulating the company from the inherent volatility of the global PC market.
