The acquisition, which closed on October 1, integrates the US-based consultancy’s specialized knowledge in data strategy and governance into Acuity’s existing global framework. By combining these resources, the group aims to offer end-to-end services for firms shifting from experimental AI projects toward full-scale production environments. Continuus brings notable technical status as a Snowflake Premier Services Partner, alongside deep experience in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks platforms.
For Acuity Analytics, this transaction marks the latest step in a three-year strategy to pivot from a traditional research business into a technology-driven organization. The firm previously acquired PPA Group in 2024 and AI-specialist Ascent in 2025 to scale its data and technology division. According to Acuity CEO Rob King, the integration focuses on combining technical implementation with the strict governance frameworks required by modern financial institutions. While financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, the move underscores a broader industry push to professionalize data infrastructure as regulatory and AI-driven demands intensify.
