Guardian Data Doubles New Jersey Footprint with Moonachie Facility

After eleven years in South Hackensack, Guardian Data has relocated its regional operations to a 42,000-square-foot facility at 150 Carol Place in Moonachie. The move effectively doubles the company's processing capacity for data destruction and IT logistics, marking a significant expansion for the firm as it scales its infrastructure.

The new site serves as a central hub for IT asset processing and depot services, accommodating the needs of ITADs, VARs, and MSPs operating within the New York and New Jersey market. Beyond the physical expansion, the company has integrated its proprietary Sentri™ software, which manages the lifecycle of projects from initial quoting to final reporting. This digital rollout includes a new field application for technicians and introduces pallet-level GPS tracking for assets in transit, with a dedicated partner portal scheduled for release in the fourth quarter.

CEO Rob Alston noted that the investment in space and technology is intended to support the company’s long-term growth and evolving customer requirements. The Moonachie facility is already operational, with no disruption to ongoing services. Chief Revenue Officer Katharine Reagan emphasized that these enhancements are designed to maintain service consistency for partners who rely on the company for secure infrastructure management. The transition to the new location is effective immediately for all shipments and pickups.
