FaverGray Expands Jacksonville Beach Headquarters

FaverGray has unveiled a significant expansion of its Jacksonville Beach headquarters, blending professional office infrastructure with a sprawling 1,865-square-foot outdoor courtyard. The project, designed to accommodate a growing workforce, marks a strategic commitment to the company's coastal roots after two decades of operation in the region.

The expansion adds 3,220 square feet of interior space, featuring a mix of private offices, collaborative zones, and a new conference room highlighted by a live-edge meeting table. Architect James Dupree collaborated with Nesting Place Interiors to ensure the new wing integrates seamlessly with the existing brick structure. The design emphasizes natural light and connectivity, utilizing a rear stairwell to link the new facilities to the original office footprint.

Beyond the functional workspace, the company prioritized employee interaction through an outdoor lounge and a central courtyard designed for company events and food truck gatherings. According to President Ben Hinson, the project was intentionally crafted to foster both professional milestones and casual daily connections. Since its founding in 2005, FaverGray has evolved from a local firm into a general contractor licensed in 19 states, currently maintaining a robust portfolio of multifamily and student housing projects across the Southeast and beyond.
