Borde brings a deep history with the organization to his new position, having joined Entergy in 2009. Most recently, he served as vice president of utility strategy and regulatory initiatives, where he managed strategic filings and counsel for the firm's operating companies. His background spans investor relations, utility finance, and corporate development, providing a broad operational perspective on the Texas market.
Before his tenure at Entergy, Borde built a career in finance and law, working in the investment banking division at Citigroup USA and practicing as an attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a business degree from the University of Paris.
