The mobile kitchen will debut its new Lobster Roll Flight, which bundles the brand’s Maine, Connecticut, and Garlic Butter varieties. Beyond the rolls, the menu features staple items including lobster tacos, clam chowder, and whoopie pies. The franchisee behind the Dallas operation noted that the goal is to engage both long-standing enthusiasts and first-time diners by bringing the truck’s high-energy service directly into local neighborhoods.
The tour begins in El Paso at HTeaO on October 5, followed by a multi-city trek through New Mexico with stops in Albuquerque, Taos, Rio Rancho, Los Alamos, and Santa Fe. Customers can track the truck’s specific locations and manage orders via the CML Mobile App. This road trip reflects the brand’s broader strategy of using limited-time pop-up experiences to test and expand its footprint in growing regional markets without the immediate need for permanent brick-and-mortar infrastructure.
