Since its inception in 2015, the program has evolved from a client appreciation initiative into a cornerstone of the bank’s philanthropic efforts. This year, the ceremony highlighted the diverse landscape of Middle Tennessee commerce by honoring Infinity Hospitality, sound reinforcement firm Worley Sound, architecture and design studio TMP, and logistics provider Venture Express. These organizations were selected for their commitment to job creation and ingenuity, traits that mirror the bank’s own focus on personalized commercial service.
The evening also served as a showcase for Reel Bank Media, the bank’s in-house production arm, which premiered short films documenting the honorees' work. According to INSBANK President and CEO Jim Rieniets, the awards reflect a decade-long effort to bolster the regional economy by spotlighting the innovators who sustain it. Beyond the accolades, the event remains a primary driver for the bank’s Philanthropic Fund, which provides essential resources to help entrepreneurs scale their ventures through the Women's Business Center.
